I don't know about any other Enlighten bloggers out there but after this raging fit thrown by the Dems throughout this entire process I'm not exactly sweating bullets over the battle for the Control of Congress come November!
Not only that but I read on
rushlimbaugh.com that the DNC is furious with Howard Dean behind the scenes because he's already gone through all of their money and has failed as a fundraiser. YEEEEEEEEAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

While I appreciate the reasoning behind "finally, a conservative," I can't agree. When it comes to the courts, I'm not interested in their side vs. our side. Will he rule according to the law? That's the issue. Will he apply the Constitution or amend, coerce, and emanate it? The man could vote for Nader every year for all I care, so long as he's not inventing laws from the bench.
