Suing the State of New Jersey For Economic Harm
A new seven percent state tax on more then a dozen services that previously went untaxed in New Jersey will go into effect on October 1. The service providers say the new tax is unfair and are planning to sue the state, claiming economic harm.
If economic harm from taxes is a legitimate cause of action before the court, perhaps a class action law suit against the state on behalf of New Jersey’s taxpayers is in order.

Well said drudge. The big problem in Trenton is that Jon Corzine isn't even really a governor or a politician for that matter. He's merely the New Jersey Democrat's checking account and gets told what to do. The whole reason the budget stalemate took place to begin with was because the North and South Jersey Party Bosses were at odds over who got a bigger piece of the pie.
This is what cracked me up about this whole shutdown. I kept telling my wife that they're shutting down the government until they can come to a decision on how to screw all of us over even more!
Jon Corzine is a Bob Menendez puppet who was forced out of his comfy cozy Senate Seat because Menendez wanted it. It's party bosses with fat payrolls who dole out jobs to their supporters and that run the state and are sucking the state dry.
The day Jon Corzine falls out of favor with Bob Menendez is the day he seals his fate. Just like Jim McGreevey.
In my opinion one and all should browse on this.
