Canada has always been backwards to one degree or another. Even their Conservative Party is lukewarm at best.
The United States has always set the standard for the rest of the world and this is merely another example in a long line of examples in our 230 year history.
To my friends at enlighten, I have started a blog called "Dino's Forum". I welcome any and all comments from any of the great bloggers and blog hosts as well as any pointers.
Do we also have better emissions standards?
