Several readers have written to let us know that Democrats in the legislature are not answering or even acknowledging emails and phone inquiries are met with pat answers explaining the lawmaker has no position on budget issues at this time. With five days to go before the budget deadline, isn’t rather pathetic they haven’t formed a position or are too afraid to tell their constituents where they stand? Contacting Corzine is pretty much a waste of time. I've e-mailed that thug a couple of times already with regard to his budget-bullying tactics, but I haven't gotten any response. I'm pretty sure the same thing happens to anyone else who attempts to contact this thug.
I think it's pretty obvous that Jon Corzine doesn't give a damn about anything except for his own power. The guy allowed his marriage and his family to fall apart because of his power-lust, and now he's going to let the state fall apart too.
As for the legislators, I got a response from my local Senators and Assemblymen when I e-mailed them, but they're Republicans. Maybe that's why I actually got a response.
