1) It is against the law in NJ not to wear your seat belt. My African American friend was fined by Wayne, NJ police for not wearing his seat belt when he moved his car at the Willowbrook Mall.
2) Isn't the purpose of the State Police of NJ to keep the Governor safe? So why didn't they require him to buckle up?
