Guess I posted this in the wrong place... I prefer the new one. Easier to read at small sizes. However I think I understand in part the objection to the new. The original Tillie used flat colors. The new one is airbrushed to within an inch of its life. I am going to take the old one off your site and try out a different style of refurbishing.
Sorry for the typo. I meant "Tillie." That's what happens when one flails away at the keyboard immediately following several hours in Mr. Recliner in the arms of Morpheus.

The refurbished Tillie looks like something out of Pixar Studios. I like the weathered version -- she's more "real."
I prefer the weathered one too. There's more character like he/she knows something wise.

Both are cool. I have seen that all my life and never knew that he/she/it was called "Tille".
Thanks for that.

I like the weathered.
Like the weathered one-reminds me of Asbury Park-I have some nostagia for areas gone to seed.
Definitely the old one. I've been looking at that face since I was a kid!
Gotta agree with everyone else and say I like the weathered one. I loved visiting the Asbury Park boardwalk.
