That is one slick little bill. Not only an incumbant protection measure, a government growth measure, it's blatently unconstitutional, it creates an established media and as far as it's stated intention -- that of taking the big money out of politics -- it's 100% ineffectual. This is the bill that the MSM was scolding us to pass.
